Appointment Policies

Late & No Show Policy

PLEASE leave enough time for parking

Life happens. Traffic, weather, accidents, etc. - I get it. If you are running late please call and let me know. I want to be able to provide then desired service in its entirety. I will try my hardest to accommodate the services scheduled, however after 5 minutes your appointment is subject to change depending on the service. Please understand this is never a ‘punishment’ it is only to prevent overlap into the rest of the my appointments within the day. I thank you in advance for your consideration!

If you are late 3 times you will be required to put a card on file and pay a deposit of half of the service once your appointment has been booked.

If you no show 1 time you will be required to put a card on file and be charged for your full service the next time.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule and appointment I ask that you kindly give at least a 24 hour notice. if the appointment is cancelled before the 24 hour mark no charge will be made.
